CLIENT Lyme Properties
Urban Strategies was retained by Lyme Properties to develop a master plan for a 10-acre brownfields site fronting the Broad Canal near Kendall Square and the MIT campus. We also organized design competitions for the buildings and open spaces. The 1.3 million square foot mixed-use project, now under construction, will include bio-tech lab buildings, a four-star hotel, housing and a range of street-related amenities.
