Call-Net Enterprises retained Urban Strategies to advise on the master plan, prepare urban design guidelines and lead the planning approvals process for a 47-acre head office campus on the north edge of Toronto. Faced with complex transportation issues, we directed a two-track approvals strategy that allowed phase one construction to begin quickly. Bentall acquired the site and retained us to secure approval for the next building and provide ongoing planning advice.
