USI guided the design and planning approvals for a research and technology park on 111 acres at the hub of Canada’s “Technology Triangle”. Our design for the UW R&T Park responds sensitively to the adjacent Laurel Creek environmental reserve and a neighbouring residential community. The Park, the result of a public-private partnership involving all levels of government, will create 1.2 million square feet of floor space for research and technology firms.
