BCE Place is a development as well known for its stunning Galleria as for its two skyline-defining office towers. Its architecture, public spaces and the respect it shows to heritage buildings on the site set it apart from neighbouring towers. We provided advice on conceptual design, developed an approvals negotiating strategy and helped to assemble the public benefits package needed to secure final approval, which was accomplished within the unprecedented timeframe of one year.
