Adason retained Urban Strategies® to prepare a master plan for redevelopment of its head office property in downtown Toronto. The plan’s campus-like approach and its phasing strategy anticipate multiple tenants and a range of uses. We helped manage an architectural competition for the first phase office building, and then negotiated with the City for the planning approvals. We continue to play an advisory role as the master plan is gradually implemented.
