Urban Strategies guided the planning for the new head office for Confederation Life Assurance, organized an architectural competition and mediated between the client, the architect and City planners to reach an acceptable building design. Soon after Rogers Communications acquired the building for its headquarters, we were again retained to steer plans for two major additions through the approvals process. We secured all approvals in eight months, an unprecedented timeframe for a project of this complexity.
