Urban Strategies was retained by the Wellesley Central Health Corporation to secure municipal planning approvals for the redevelopment of the Wellesley Hospital site. The Comprehensive Plan prepared by the WCHC, an organization dedicated to promoting healthy urban communities, integrates the site into the surrounding neighbourhood fabric through a variety of methods. With the municipal planning approval process nearing completion, the Plan is in its construction phase.
