Urban Strategies was retained to prepare an intensification and revitalization plan for an abandoned commercial site with a unique set of opportunities and challenges. Working closely with City staff and the community, we held several design charrettes leading to general consensus on a vision for the site. The redevelopment plan calls for a variety of built forms, a park and other improvements to the public realm. We also secured the municipal approvals for the site.
