Urban Strategies conducted interviews and compiled P2G progress assessments for 10 municipalities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe that contributed to this report: “How is the Growth Plan Working So Far”. Urban Strategies was central to the formulation of this ambitious growth plan for the greater Toronto and Hamilton area, which has gained worldwide recognition for its complexity and depth.
