Citygarden, a new public sculpture garden in St. Louis’s Gateway Mall, has opened to great public acclaim. Urban Strategies, in association with Thomas Balsley Associates, created the master plan for the 1-mile long downtown area, designating new cultural, parks, open space and public amenities.
