Urban Strategies prepared a Masterplan and Vision for the 100-hectare South Docklands area in Cork, Ireland. A principal objective of this is to establish Cork as a recognized leader in sustainable community design and development. Urban Strategies is now continuing to play a leading role in implementing the Plan, which has achieved broad support and consensus amongst local government, area landowners and stakeholders alike.
