Urban Strategies is preparing a master plan for the expansion of ExCeL, the international exhibition and conference centre in London. The site is adjacent to Silvertown Quays, another Urban Strateagies project. “This second phase will take ExCeL London to 100,000 sqm of flexible space and could be completed in 2009. It will support the capital’s ambition to host an increasing number of high profile shows,” says an ExCeL statement.
