Michel Trocmé, partner at Urban Strategies is part of the City’s expert review panel. According to the Toronto Star, the winning bidder “must supply 5,000 transit shelters, 12,500 garbage/recycling bins, 2,500 newspaper vending boxes, 1,000 bike racks and 20 public washrooms.”
