The Niagara Falls Strategic Master Plan prepared by Urban Strategies has earned an Outstanding Planning Award from the New York Upstate Chapter of the American Planning Association. The adopted plan will become the basis for a new Comprehensive Plan and revised Zoning Ordinances for the city.
