The Central Corridor Development Strategy is a visioning and policy document intended to guide future decisions respecting land use and development along Saint Paul’s Central Corridor, the planned route for a future LRT linking downtown Saint Paul to downtown Minneapolis. Urban Strategies was selected to lead this project, which includes comprehensive public consultation.
