Urban Strategies’ work in Youngstown Ohio was profiled in Governing magazine. Youngstown, a city of 80,000, has suffered from over 3 decades of economic and population decline. The City and Youngstown State University joined together to prepare a comprehensive vision and plan, which includes the platform that Youngstown is becoming a smaller city.
