Urban Strategies, in collaboration with URS, was recently awarded the South Buffalo Brownfield Opportunity Study involving the preparation of a master plan, implementation strategy and New York State Brownfield Nomination Document. This project will guide the transformation of approximately 1800 acres of Brownfield lands situated on the City’s waterfront just south of the Downtown Business District.
