Urban Strategies prepared a conceptual design and implementation strategy for the revitalization of Manhattan Square Park and its neighbourhood in Downtown Rochester. Through extensive stakeholder and community consultation, we developed a new vision that opens up the park and reconnects it internally and to the neighbourhood while retaining and enhancing elements of the original design. The goal is to create a significant and catalytic civic space that better serves the neighbourhood and the city.
