Urban Strategies® structured and managed a two-stage proposal call to select a development partner for the Don Mount Community, which had deteriorated beyond repair. The goal is to replace 232 rent-geared-to-income housing units, introduce new market units and physically integrate the 7-acre community with its surroundings. We secured all appropriate approvals, and the development is presently underway.
