Urban Strategies and Halsall Associates are leading an environmental master plan (EMP) for the City of Brampton, On. From an environmental performance perspective, the EMP will determine what the City is doing well, significant opportunities for improvement, and priorities to improve upon the environmental qualities of the City’s built and natural landscapes. It will be an action oriented plan, establishing attainable benchmarks for high environmental performance and a decision making framework to direct changes to planning policy, service delivery and capital expenditures.
