Urban Strategies® prepared an action strategy to shape the next wave of downtown development in Hartford. Taking a holistic approach to revitalization, the Action Strategy encourages small and medium scale projects with the potential to create synergies across downtown and repair the city’s historic fabric. The Strategy identifies a band of opportunity and potential transit route around Bushnell Park where linked public and private initiatives would have an immediate and lasting impact on the downtown.
