Urban Strategies® was retained by Lyme Properties to develop a master plan for a 10-acre brownfields site fronting the Broad Canal near Kendall Square and the MIT campus. The 1.3 million square foot highly urban, mixed-use project, now under construction, will include bio-tech lab buildings, a four-star hotel, housing and a range of street-related amenities and retail uses that take advantage of the unique waterfront location and encourage pedestrian activity throughout the day.
