UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
DATE 1994
CLIENT University of Minnesota
The Twin Cities Campus of the University of Minnesota has historically had a poor relationship with the cities that surround it and the Mississippi River that divides it. This Master Plan reconnects two campuses and weaves them into the existing urban fabric as it guides the University’s future growth and renewal. We recommend opening through streets to improve access, placing new housing units among classroom buildings, and reintegrating people, cars and light rail.
