Judy has considerable experience with the complexities of urban redevelopment within established communities. The transformation of out-of-date developments and underutilized or neglected sites is a recurring theme
in her work. She understands how context-sensitive buildings, good urban design and open space improvements can rejuvenate neighbourhoods.
Much of her work has involved developing policies
