Matt is a planner and urban design researcher. His experience working in the U.K. includes projects ranging from innovative park redesign to research-based strategic planning. In Canada, he has been involved in downtown Hamilton’s employment survey, and Toronto’s Tower Neighbourhood Renewal. He also co-managed the consultation of the City’s 5-year Official Plan and Municipal Comprehensive Reviews. His experience includes significant public consultation utilizing a variety of tools and techniques.
