Anthony is an urban planner with a background in the arts. Anthony has participated in multiple aspects of the planning process at various scales: from preparation of OMB hearings for the Region of Durham to conducting a number of Community Services & Facilities studies as part of residential development applications. Currently, Anthony is the project manager for three Brownfield Opportunity Area studies within the City of Buffalo.
