Leigh McGrath

Leigh is a planner with experience in municipal planning and community development projects. Her background in social and cultural geography has shaped her dedication to place-based and locally-informed planning practices. Leigh’s work has included a breadth of projects from long-term growth planning, implementing elements of Ontario’s Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe to research and development of social policies for the inclusion in the City of Vaughan’s new Official Plan. Leigh has experience at all stages of the planning process, from the development of planning rationale reports to preparation for complex Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
