Pino Di Mascio

Pino has expertise in a broad range of planning and design issues, including public engagement, urban and waterfront revitalization, suburban renewal, urban-rural interfaces, health-care campus planning, and local climate change solutions. He is currently leading the Comox Valley Regional Growth Strategy, a municipal comprehensive review for the City of Vaughan, Ontario, leading to a new Official Plan, and the City of Brampton Environmental Master Plan. Pino has worked closely with WaterfronToronto in managing and directing various waterfront initiatives, has assisted various health-care institutions plan for long-term growth, and works with numerous private landowners on specific development applications.
