Joe Berridge

Joe has played a key role in some of the world’s largest urban regeneration projects. He has helped reshape waterfronts in Toronto, New York and London and revitalize the downtowns of Manchester, St. Louis and Detroit. He has recently prepared a concept plan for Governors Island in New York Harbor, a strategic direction for the next phase of the London Docklands and a new vision for Manchester’s riverfront and central city areas. In Canada he helped create Ontario’s growth management and transportation plans and is advising Sudbury and London on new development directions. He is a regular conference and media commentator.
