Mark Reid

Mark is a partner, urban designer and landscape architect with Urban Strategies Inc., credited with a range of complex and award winning urban design and planning assignments over eighteen years of practice.  Mark has a particular interest in waterfront and public realm design, downtown revitalization and brownfield redevelopment, as well as transit-oriented intensification.  From Barbados to New York, Hamilton to Edmonton, Niagara-on-the-Lake to Buffalo, Mark regularly directs complex community, downtown, institutional and open space master plans to successful conclusion.  Mark is adept at engaging communities in the design and planning process and is a well regarded as a keynote speaker.
