Tim Smith

With a background in photography, economics and urban design, Tim brings a keen eye for good urban form and the complexities of city building to his role as a planner.  He understands how public and private interests can come together to create great places and can take projects from opportunity and vision to land use policy and approval.  He has managed strategic and master planning projects for waterfronts, universities and business parks and been involved in revitalization plans for several US cities.
