Saint John is seeking to reposition its waterfront through investment that supports beautiful places, enhanced quality of life, environmental integrity, and economic growth and diversification. In creating a linked waterfront, the plan balances increased public access to the Inner Harbour with the needs of the working Port of Saint John. The Land Use Plan lays out both a vision for the physical transformation of the Inner Harbour and a comprehensive policy framework for its implementation.
