Urban Strategies is playing a leading role in the comprehensive renewal of Toronto’s central waterfront. We advised the Fung Task Force on its bold vision and strategy, facilitated preparation of the City’s official plan, and now are part of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation’s Program Management Team. In this latest role, we have coordinated and overseen the preparation and approval of two new community plans for underdeveloped and brownfield areas east of the downtown core.
