Erin is an urban planner with a range of experience and a keen interest in the development of policies, guidelines and regulations that support sustainable city-building at all scales of planning and development. She also has strong skills in community engagement and project management. Erin has prepared planning justification reports and served as project manager for a number of significant developments in Toronto, including the intensification of Yorkdale Mall and a residential project on York University’s lands. She worked on an urban design study for strategic redevelopment sites on Toronto’s East Bayfront and managed a comprehensive waterfront strategy for Niagara Region. In Midland, Ontario, she coordinated the highly consultative process that led to an action-oriented downtown master plan.
