We envision 2150 Lake Shore Blvd. W. as a dynamic transit-oriented, mixed-use neighbourhood with high-quality urban design that considers present and future community needs, including the potential for a new transit hub.

On Thursday, May 28, we will be hosting a Virtual Town Hall to present the latest version of the Master Plan, answer questions and inform the community on next steps in the planning process for this important site – the former Christie Cookies site.
