Barton is an urban planner who has developed his experience in urban planning and public engagement initially from development approvals and large-scale planning and engineering studies in Hong Kong, and development approvals for major developments in the Greater Toronto Area in recent years. His work requires close coordination and cooperation with clients as well as multi-disciplinary teams of design and technical experts to deliver well-refined proposals in an efficient and comprehensive manner.

Barton’s recent project involvement has granted him an in-depth knowledge and experience in residential and commercial development, revitalization of industrial buildings, master planning, reclamation and coastal development, rock cavern, quarry and underground development.
