Junhao is an Urban Designer with a background in urban planning and urban design. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Qingdao Technological University and recently earned a Master of Urban Design from the University of Toronto. His expertise includes studying the feasibility of mixed-use developments from the perspective of zoning and urban design, waterfront master planning and transportation design. Before joining Urban Strategies, Junhao’s professional experience ranged from architecture design and interior design to master planning and residential community design. In Shanghai, he assumed a leadership role in an office renovation project and also collaborated on other architecture projects including resort and mixed-use development projects. At Urban Strategies, he is working on a variety of projects for public and private sector clients, including the Vaughan Low-rise Residential Design Guidelines, with a focus on public realm enhancements and neighbourhood improvements. He was also involved in the Princeton Campus Plan.
