Pino is a registered professional Urban Planner and began working at Urban Strategies in 1996, where he undertook master planning, land-use studies, planning and development analyses, approvals and policy development. He became a partner in 2005. In March, 2019, Pino started a new role with Sidewalk Labs, and he is now the Head of Impact Strategy and Delivery at Dream Unlimited.
