Tessa is an Urban Planner with a diverse background in policy analysis and development, stakeholder engagement, and development approvals. Her professional experience includes Official Plan reviews for municipalities across Ontario, using spatial analytics to support the development of Employment Land Strategies for cities across Canada and the research and development of zoning by-laws. Tessa has also been involved in supporting and facilitating public consultation events for Official Plan Reviews, Secondary Plans, and Waterfront Masterplans. At Urban Strategies, Tessa is contributing to development approvals, and employment land conversion studies for a range of complex sites. Tessa is currently on leave.
