We are deeply saddened by the passing of retired Partner Connie Pasqualitto, a cherished colleague and an important part of Urban Strategies’ history.
Connie joined the firm in 1986 – our first year – and played a pivotal role in helping Urban Strategies grow into the organization it is today. Over the years, she wore many hats, taking on responsibilities across finance, human resources and studio management, including serving as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer until 2018.
Connie brought remarkable competence, common sense and dedication to everything she did. She helped create the foundation that allowed the firm and its people to thrive, while always keeping a close eye on the countless details that kept the office running smoothly.
Just as memorable was the warmth she brought to the workplace. Her bright smile, humour and unmistakable laughter filled the office.
Connie will be deeply missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones.
