Samuel is an Urban Designer with a background in urban design, planning and technical architecture. He is currently working on a wide range of projects at a variety of scales, including the Master Plan for East Harbour, a 60-acre former industrial site located at the edge of Toronto’s Port Lands, creating a framework to guide redevelopment over the long term. He is involved in multiple development applications, retail centre transformations and campus plans as well as major private and public sector urban design projects in Alberta and New Brunswick and in the UK. Previously, he worked as a planning technician for the Outremont borough of the City of Montreal, and as a technical draftsman for an international curtain wall design company on large scale architectural projects.
