Christine Fang-Denissov


Christine is a Registered Professional Planner, a Member of Architecture Canada, and a Principal at Urban Strategies. With over 13 years of professional experience, Christine contributes strategic thinking on a range of large-scale projects involving complex sites. Her work is recognized for addressing design and strategic planning simultaneously. Christine has taken a lead role in advancing brownfield projects including Lakeview and Brightwater Port Credit and in various institutional campus master plans including Queens University, Centennial College and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health. Christine regularly leads large-scale redevelopment and municipal planning approvals, including Galleria Mall, Commerce Court, Canada Square, Humbertown and Alexandra Park. In addition to her work at Urban Strategies, Christine teaches urban design at Ryerson University and is a member of Urban Land Instituteā€™s Connect (Young Leaders) group.
