Josh is currently managing the development approvals for SickKids’ new Patient Support Centre, in conjunction with broader master planning for SickKids downtown Toronto campus. Josh is also currently managing the development of a visionary 50 year campus master plan for Simon Fraser University’s Burnaby Campus in British Columbia. Josh recently acted as the planning lead for the successful rezoning and official plan amendment for Mirvish Village in Toronto, which involved the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Honest Ed’s store; retention of 24 heritage structures; five new residential towers; a new park; and diverse retail including a public marketplace.
