Mark regularly directs large complex multi-disciplinary teams on waterfront and downtown revitalization projects, brownfield redevelopment, institutional campus master plans as well as transit-oriented intensification. From Barbados to New York, Hamilton to Edmonton, Niagara-on-the-Lake to Buffalo, Mark assists public and private sector clients in developing evaluating large-scale urban transformations. Mark is adept at engaging communities in the design and planning process and is a well regarded as an expert facilitator and keynote speaker.
