With a background in photography, economics and urban design, Tim brings a keen eye for good urban form and the complexities of city building to his role as a planner. He understands how public and private interests can come together to create great places. He has been involved in downtown revitalization plans for many mid-size and large cities in Canada and the US. From vision to policy, he has also managed master planning projects for waterfronts, universities and business parks, always focused on the actions needed to implement them. In 2017, Tim was appointed to the Hamilton Design Review Panel.
