Tottenham Regeneration Strategy
2013 - 2014
London, UK
Urban Strategies were retained in 2013 to prepare a Strategic Regeneration Framework for Tottenham, a deprived and troubled district in north-east London. Tottenham is however home to Spurs, a premier league football club who have ambitious plans for the construction of a new stadium. The White Hart Lane site is highly constrained, in the middle of a mixed neighbourhood of shops, housing and Council estates. Urban Strategies reviewed the proposals and made recommendations regarding the successful integration of the new stadium in the neighbourhood.
