Benjamin is a leading campus planner, having developed master plans for such institutions as Cornell, Simon Fraser, Waterloo, Guelph, UofT Scarborough, Brock and others. Benjamin assists numerous institutions in strategic planning and leveraging real estate assets, counting Ryerson University, York University and many others as long-term clients.
