Benjamin is a leading campus planner, having developed master plans for such institutions as Waterloo, Guelph, UofT Scarborough, Brock, Cornell and others. Benjamin assists numerous institutions in strategic planning and leveraging real estate assets, counting Ryerson University, Infrastructure Ontario, Toronto Community Housing Corporation, the Toronto District School Board and many others as long-term clients.
