Leigh is a Registered Professional Planner with experience in planning for public and private clients on projects of various scales. Holding a Project Management Professional certification, Leigh’s approach to her work is informed by sound project management practices. She has significant experience advising public sector clients in Ontario to plan for intensification in formerly suburban landscapes that are rapidly being transformed by increased access to rapid transit. Leigh also regularly works on municipal planning approvals for sites in Toronto and the surrounding regions, collaborating with other experts to prepare required materials for submissions and navigate the sometimes complex path to success. Outside of Ontario, Leigh has managed complex, multi-stakeholder master planning projects in Alberta, BC and PEI. Leigh is actively involved in mentoring undergraduate and graduate planning students and she leads the firm’s Project Management Committee.
