Urban Strategies has been retained by Choice Properties REIT to provide ongoing planning services to advance several major development applications for a series of strategically important sites within the City of Toronto, including 1880 Eglinton Avenue East and 2280 Dundas St. W. On their own, each of these projects will dramatically shape the landscape of their communities. More broadly, many of these sites intersect with larger city-building initiatives currently planned or underway in Toronto, particularly around significant transit investments that are underway such as the Eglinton Crosstown (1880 Eglinton Avenue East) and the Dundas West Mobility Hub (2280 Dundas St. W). Urban Strategies is also working with Choice Properties REIT to understand and communicate the significance and scale of planned and potential developments and their important role in and relationship to planned and ongoing city-building initiatives.
